I LOVED the way this cake turned out! It was for a birthday, and was chocolate cake with chocolate ganach filling-yummy! The outside was covered in purple, blue and white fondant and served about 10 people.
I have always enjoyed baking. A few months ago I signed up for a cake decorating class at a Michael's store, but the class was cancelled before it even started! I went to the book store, got a cake decorating book and made my first cake that same weekend! I love making cakes and decorating them (I only wish I had more time to do them!). I would love to open my own bakery one day!
