This was done for an office wedding shower. The bottom layer was straw- berry cake; the top was my own take on "funfetti" cake. Both were filled with chocolate ganache and covered in fondant.
I have always enjoyed baking. A few months ago I signed up for a cake decorating class at a Michael's store, but the class was cancelled before it even started! I went to the book store, got a cake decorating book and made my first cake that same weekend! I love making cakes and decorating them (I only wish I had more time to do them!). I would love to open my own bakery one day!
