This lime green and pink cake was the vision of one of my 5th grade students! This cake was for her 11th birthday, and was made of white cake with vanilla pudding and fudgy-chocolate ganache. Happy birthday Seneca!

- I have always enjoyed baking. A few months ago I signed up for a cake decorating class at a Michael's store, but the class was cancelled before it even started! I went to the book store, got a cake decorating book and made my first cake that same weekend! I love making cakes and decorating them (I only wish I had more time to do them!).
