This cake was done for my niece Cate's 2nd birthday. The background and flower cutouts were made from fondant, and the cat face and details were done in buttercream. Half of the cake was strawberry cake with chocolate ganache filling, and the other half was chocolate cake with mint-chocolate filling. Delicious!
